Retail Orders (Individual Customers)
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery timeline: 3–7 business days (India), depending on location.
- Shipping is done via trusted courier partners and India Post.
Cash on Delivery (COD – VPP via India Post)
- COD orders are shipped using Value Payable Post (VPP) by India Post.
- Payment must be made directly to the delivery person at delivery.
- VPP charges are approx.:
₹5 per ₹100 of order value - Final charges may vary slightly as per India Post rules.
Example: ₹1000 order → approx. ₹50 VPP charges
Bulk Orders (Wholesale / Business Orders)
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days depending on quantity.
- Dispatched via India Post or suitable transport service.
Shipping Terms for Bulk
- Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer (to-pay basis).
- Charges are calculated based on actual transporter rates.
- No extra handling or hidden charges from ATE24 —
You only pay the real shipping cost.

International Orders
- We ship internationally via India Post or other available transport services.
- Shipping charges are based entirely on actual transporter rates (weight, destination, and service type).
ATE24 does NOT charge anything extra —
you only pay the actual shipping cost.- Delivery timelines vary depending on country and customs process.
Note: Any custom duties or local taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer as per their country regulations.

- Report damaged packages within 6 hours of delivery.
