Effective Immediately and Perpetually Enforceable

In accordance with the statutory framework governing the sale of perishable consumables under the applicable laws of the Republic of India, including but not limited to the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ATE24 (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby establishes the following irrevocable and non-derogable policy pertaining to all transactions executed through its commercial platform, www.ate24.in, or via any associated distributional medium:

1. Finality of Sale

All transactions undertaken by any purchaser, user, consumer, or acquirer (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Purchaser”) about any product manufactured, packaged, distributed, or otherwise facilitated by the Company shall be deemed conclusive, non-reversible, and non-refundable upon execution of payment, without exception

2. Absolute Waiver of Return or Refund

No product—regardless of condition, status, or nature—shall be subject to return, replacement, exchange, credit, or refund under any scenario whatsoever

3. Nature of Goods – Consumable Classification

The Company’s offerings, being inherently edible, degradable, and contamination-sensitive, are expressly excluded from return/refund eligibility under any and all interpretations of applicable consumer rights frameworks. As such, hygienic sanctity and safety compliance standards prohibit the re-acceptance of delivered goods into the Company’s operational supply chain.

4. Constructive Acceptance of Terms

By the mere act of placing an order and effecting payment—whether or not the Purchaser expressly acknowledges or interacts with this policy—the Purchaser is deemed to have constructively, voluntarily, and irrevocably consented to the entirety of this disclaimer. No separate alert, prompt, checkbox, or duplicative notice shall be required to validate such consent.

5. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Disclaimer shall be governed by, interpreted in accordance with, and subject to the substantive and procedural laws of the Republic of India. All claims, controversies, and legal proceedings arising herefrom shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Surat, Gujarat, to the exclusion of all other forums.
